The objective of the flat is to provide mobility students a friendly multi-cultural environment where they can feel at home, away from home. You will be renting more than a room, an apartment where you can bring your freinds and socialize if you so desire...!!

The apartment has 5 rooms, two of which double rooms, which can be single rooms for a bit more, but they are good sized rooms. Each room will have at least one window, will be fully furnished, and will include 1 set of bedlinen. There is a living room, 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen. It's a typical Portuguese apartment with high ceilings and the building has the famous antique Portuguese tiles.

All the rates include utilities:

• unlimited wireless internet;
• electricity;
• gas;
• water;
• cleaning service of common areas to guarantee cleanliness and order.

For bookings made in July and August, FREE AIRPORT TRANSFER is included provided your arriveal takes pleace between 9am and 9 pm.

Thr prices will vary if you have a single or a double room (to be shared with another student). The average price is 300 euros for a single room and 225 euros for a double room. Often, you will find cheaper rates, but beware that they do not include all the services these prices are including. At the end of the month you may find unwelcome surprises with the additional expenses.

Rental contracts and residence letters for VISA applications are provided when requested.
