This is an apartment for international mobility students staying at Instituto Superior Técnico.

PRICE? The prices will vary according to the size of the room. The prices are for reservation made until July 2011 and valid for 2 semesters (from August 29, 2011 to June 30, 2012); Single 300€ (all inclusive), Double 225 (all inclusive);

It is a room rental service, that will provide you with a Rental Contract stating your rights and obligations for the duration of your stay. This document can be used to prove your Lisbon address to your home university or to assist you in obtaining your visa.

Renovated house:

• 3 single rooms
• 1 double room for sharing
• maximum 5 people
• 2 bathrooms
• big dinning/living room
• one full equipped kitchen ( oven, two?? fridges, laundry machine, microwave, dishes, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils, etc...);
• FULL HD LCD TV- HD Cable TV- unlimited fiber/adsl Internet connection
• Each room has: towels, bed linen, desk, lamp, chair, bookshelf
• Cleaning service of common areas once a week (you must keep your room clean);
